Jeff Searcy joined Richard Bowers & Company in 2010 bringing with him over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked in Southern California  where he represented numerous clients in facilitating the sale, acquisition or development of market rate, affordable or senior multi-family apartment communities.  Jeff has successfully brokered on behalf of his clients approximately 195MM million in real estate sales and purchases, preferred equity and recapitalization.

Qualifications:

• Jeff currently holds an active broker license in the state of Georgia.
• Possess general knowledge of principals and practices of commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development.
• Demonstrated ability to source, analyze, interpret, negotiate, and close real estate transactions.
• Experience using spreadsheet financial modeling software to market, acquire, and sell real estate.
• Performs independently and is able to successfully execute tasks with minimal supervision and oversight.
• Proven ability to facilitate real estate transactions between landlord and tenant, property owner and investor, developer and city officials, the greater broker community, and with own management and staff.
