Payton Horton

Payton Horton, Project Manager for RB Management Services and Commercial Real Estate Agent with sister company Richard Bowers and Co., holds 12 years of diverse experience including property management, leasing administration, accounting, construction, and customer service. She earned her Bachelor of Arts at Kennesaw State University. Her focus is rooted in establishing relationships, cost saving strategies, resourceful management, and delivering timely results.

Payton has overseen property management and leasing services to office, retail, medical, industrial and owner associations spaces. She’s facilitated numerous tenant move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvement buildouts including a $5,000,000 project containing 41,772 sq. ft space totaling 3 floors in a high-rise class A building. She has managed a variety of projects including total roof and parking lot replacements, elevator modifications, and building emergencies.

Payton’s experience includes working alongside veteran agents, Paul Mendel, CPM (Certified Property Manager through IREM), Carr Kaufmann, CPM, Ash Parker, Greg Kindred, and Rick Shaw, CPM on management and leasing processes. All of whom assisted in the educational development of her Commercial Real Estate career.

Payton is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors. She is an active member of the monthly Downtown Security Forum for the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District.

She enjoys traveling with her family, teaching Sunday School, exercising, reading finance publications, and crafting personalized gifts. She won several awards throughout her 23-year career in performance arts.
