The Richard Bowers & Co office statistics are based upon our own proprietary database and survey of the Atlanta office market. Market data is collected through direct contact with landlords, listing agents, administration, or research departments. The Richard Bowers & Co office analytical set includes all office buildings and office parks over 50,000 square feet. (Medical office and governmental buildings are excluded from our inventory.) In order to provide a reliable average rate in all sixteen sub-markets, rental rates are reflected as a gross rate. Availability is calculated on any space being paid for thus sublease space is shown as occupied. Existing inventory and historical data is revised throughout the year to guarantee the most accurate and up-to-date information.
